Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. The hand sanitizer business continues to see spikes in demand, and when that happens it may take us an extra day or two to get your order processed. Our automated system will send you email updates as your order moves through the process.
Our warehouse operates weekdays from 9am to 6pm, so orders that are received late Friday through the weekend will be processed on Monday.
We offer free Hong Kong local shipping for all orders over HK$380. There is a flat shipping rate of HK$36 for orders under HK$380. We do occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to get on our email list so you get first access. We use SF Express to ship our orders. Tracking links will be provided via email as your order is completed.
We do not ship to PO boxes addresses
